| What can the Chamber do for You? |

| We are an organization of businesses, industry, professionals, and community groups whose purpose is to promote and enhance the economic growth and well-being of our community, thus improving the quality of life for our residents. |
| Residents, future residents, and visitors The Chamber is an information hub for local residents and for other communities as well. As people re-locate and inquire about specific types of businesses and organizations available in our area, the Chamber is there to provide this service. We have local phone books, maps, and re-location packets. |

As a member you are able to participate free of charge. Back to School Clothing Give Away: Introduced in 2009, the Chamber office and member businesses accept donations of gently used clothing and new clothing items to be given out as a “free yard sale” type of event to anyone in the community who is in need right before the kids go back to school. This is just one way we give back to our local community & promote your business by volunteering for this event. BEANO: In August your business/organization will be invited to participate with our BEANO fundraiser. You may organize a team to represent your business/organization by providing shift coverage during the BEANO games at the festival and your company logo will be displayed during your shift and your company name will be announced during your shift as well. All proceeds help the Chamber with their annual events . Fall Street Festival: At the end of October members and local businesses/organizations are invited to join us for the Fall Street Festival. One block of Main Street is closed for local children to come trick-or-treat and participate in fun activates and games! The purpose of this forum is to provide the voters of our area the opportunity to hear the candidates for elected office outline and discuss their ideas and issues in a spontaneous framework. It is hoped that the voters will be able to receive an accurate perception of the abilities of all candidates, and thus, make enlightened decisions in the upcoming election. Chamber members and the public are encouraged to attend. Chamber members are encouraged to participate in providing questions to the chamber for the candidates to be asked in the form and also to volunteer to be a moderator for this event. |
