Greater Clinton Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner

The 2012 Annual dinner was held January 24, 2012 at the Castle Restaurant, Clinton, Indiana.

Chamber Vice President, Thom Frantz welcomed everyone in attendance and introduced the board members present which included President John Lang, Treasurer Jessi Purcell and members Jill Stott, TJ Warren, Diane Scott, and Joanie Kanizer, as well as admin. assistant Brooke Layton.

The speaker for the evening was Elizabeth Burrows of Vermillion Parke Community Health Center, who talked about the center's new Mobile school based health clinic which is being developed for use of area schools.

President, John Lang presented the following awards; Member of the Year to Laury Burris, Board Member of the Year to Joanie Kanizer, and Business Member of the Year to White Construction, Alyson White. John also recognized Terri Hill for her participation with the Chamber.

Elections were also held for new board members for 2012; re-elected were Thom Frantz, Jessi Purcell, and Jill Stott. In addition a member was needed to fill the vacancy left by Terri Hill's term, Willie Wyres of TCE Construction was chosen to fill out the remainder of Hill's term, which will end next year.

The Greater Clinton Chamber of Commerce would like to thank everyone that attended the Chamber Annual Dinner. We had a very nice turn out with over 40 members and attendants.
